What is EFT?

Emotional Freedom Technique is a therapeutic technique that combines elements of traditional acupuncture with psychology, aiming to reduce stress, anxiety and other negative emotions.

It involves gently tapping with the fingers, specific points on the body, called acupressure points, while focusing on specific emotional problems or traumas.


When the energy is disrupted, not only unpleasant emotions arise, but also physical ailments such as headaches and sleep problems. EFT allows you to uncover hidden emotions, subconscious sources of problems, and effectively free yourself from them.


It strengthens a positive self-image, increases self-esteem AND helps break patterns of self-sabotage, directing energy to the right goals of personal development



What is EFT based on?

EFT itself is associated with tapping, tapping, and that is what it is also about. In this method, we tap specific acupuncture points on the body, tapping them with our fingertips while saying sentences related to the problem and focusing on it.
