All our products are shipped within 2-3 business days.
We accept returns of jewelry if it has not been damaged within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
The shipment is paid by the sender (customer). Jewelry can be exchanged for another of the same value.
Please contact us to arrange an exchange or return.
We accept returns of medicine if it has been tampered with in transit, also within 7 days of receipt of shipment. In this case, we bear the cost of shipping or reship the product.
If the package has arrived in full and the customer wants to make a return, we accept the return if the products have not been used. In this case, the cost of shipping is borne by the sender (customer).
Overseas shipments:
All overseas shipments are sent with a tracking number, which can be obtained by contacting us by email.
Note that your country may impose additional duties and taxes upon arrival. We cannot be responsible for any additional fees, and each country has different customs regulations. We are not responsible for lost packages.
